With over 15 years of experience in human resources, I work as a strategic HR partner and consultant for companies navigating change, crisis, or simply needing to strengthen their HR leadership.

I specialize in:

Throughout my career, I have worked across various industries—from automotive and aerospace to FMCG and the non-profit sector. I've led HR teams of up to 14 people and held senior leadership positions in companies such as Faurecia, Adient, and Honeywell Aerospace. This background gives me a deep understanding of complex HR processes and the ability to design tailored, business-oriented solutions.
